Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your CavityColors gear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn and unwashed apparel. Please ensure all original tags are attached and items are free of pet hair or odors to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items in their original mailer.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
